Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–10 business days after payment is received.

During high-volume seasons, product launches, holidays, or market events, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are $8.95 worldwide.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather conditions, holidays, and customs processing.

International Shipping

International shipping is available depending on your location. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or additional charges required by their country.

Ash Mollie Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Ash Mollie Studio is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist before the order is shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Ash Mollie Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or unclaimed parcel, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order.
