During peak seasons, new collection launches, or promotional periods, processing times may take slightly longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $100 USD.
The discount will be automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees upon arrival in the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Ash Mollie Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
Ash Mollie Studio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.
